How the studio delivers, refunds and handles AI.

Every board is a digital file. When a board export is confirmed it is prepared as a PNG plus a print crop sheet and made available for download. There is no physical stationery, box or shipment sent from the studio.

Because delivery is digital, no shipping address is required and there are no shipping charges. All amounts are shown in USD ($).

Board credits are refundable while unused. Once a credit has been spent and the board file generated, that specific export is non-refundable because the digital file has already been delivered.

If a board fails to render or a file is unusable, contact the studio within 14 days and we will re-render the board or restore the credit.

Board previews and reference imagery in this studio are generated with an AI image model. They illustrate archive layouts and are design references, not photographs of specific physical products, premises or inventory.

AI output can contain small inaccuracies. Use the exported board as a planning and layout reference, and confirm real-world measurements before cutting, printing or ordering physical stationery.

Ark Stationery Archive Studio is a stationery layout and planning tool. It produces visual archive boards for index cards, paper trays, label drawers and shelf resets.

It is not a legal archiving service, a data backup or records-retention service, and it does not provide compliance, legal or records-management advice. Do not rely on it to store, retain or safeguard documents or data.

Your manifest is stored locally in your own browser so you can return to it. We do not sell personal data. When you contact the studio by email we use your details only to answer your request.

Exported boards may be used for your own personal or business stationery planning. Please do not resell the board files themselves as a competing product.
